The candidate will be responsible for the operation center for a national company.
Job Cost Manager is a valued asset to their Florida branches in ensuring contracting data reflects accurately the nature of their current business. Also, to ensure the accuracy of the job cost financial system and provide accurate management information.
General responsibilities include:
•Monitor the flow of information from A/P, Payroll, Equipment, Contract Billing and Inventory.•Work with branches to resolve issues and questions as well as provide training and guidance on how to utilize the contracting application and various job cost reports.•Analyze the monthly percentage complete calculations for revenue recognition at each branch.Company has great benefits that will start day one. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Candidate much have a BS degree in accounting or other financial area.Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience.Candidate must have experience with construction related accounting.
