The Japanese Services Group (JSG) is looking for a Japanese bilingual tax manager who will work closely with a director in the group to provide Payroll and Individual tax services to Japanese clients.  The job requires some experience in Foreign National taxation, (preferably at one of the Big 4), knowledge in the net guarantee payroll system commonly adopted by U.S. subsidiaries of Japanese companies, and knowledge of filing requirements of expatriate employees working in the U.S.  This person will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with the JSG's major clients throughout the year by preparing/reviewing their individual returns during the return-filing season, and by assisting them in solving various tax-related problems they may encounter.  He/she will be involved in marketing for new clients, enhancing current services and updating various computer programs and training materials.  Five or more
years experience
 Knowledge of foreign national taxation, net guarantee payroll, and filing requirements of expatriate employees working in the U.S.
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field
 CPA desired
