Deloitte's International Assignment Services (IAS) practice is one of the world's largest providers of expatriate tax services, serving more than 300 multinational organizations.  Our team can
help companies operating internationally manage their expatriate tax issues and can assist in streamlining international assignment programs by providing cost-effective solutions. Our services include international policy design, program administration, tax equalization design and administration, tax compliance and planning, pre-departure and repatriation counseling, employee communications and more.International Assignment Services tax managers are responsible for managing internal resources and will work directly with clients to provide expatriate and foreign-national tax compliance and consulting services to our multi-national clients. They will review individual income tax returns, conduct US tax law research, manage tax consulting projects, and assist in the administration of company tax programs.  This individual must have the following qualifications:
 
           Four or more years of general tax experience, with at least 2 years in expatriate and foreign national tax compliance,
tax equalization policy implementation/consulting, and management of international assignee populations of multi-national clients.
           Candidate should be familiar with the individual income tax issues and tax law including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance and the tax equalization process.
           Strong written and verbal communications skills.
           Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field
