Internal Auditor / Financial Analyst

The primary responsibility is to plan and conduct operational, financial and compliance audits with an emphasis on risk-based exposures. Auditor responsibilities include:

• Plan and complete tests of internal controls over financial reporting;
• Design, plan and complete internal audit reviews such as financial analysis of significant operational issues, business process reviews and other key projects;
• Provide written reports showing the findings and recommendations from reviews and projects;
• Present findings in formal closing meetings to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have:

• CPA/CIA designation (or an individual who has passed 2 parts of the CPA exam) with at least 2-4 years experience in internal auditing and/or public accounting;
• Proven experience performing financial, compliance and/or operational reviews;
• Strong analytical and judgment skills;
• Strong written and oral communication skills;
• The ability to interact with employees at all levels;
• The ability to work both independently and as a team member;
• Willing to travel up to 60%
