Classification: Full Time Compensation: $80000 to $95000 per year Prestigous International Oil and Gas Engineering Services Company near Greenway Plaza is seeking Internal Audit Manager to report to the Director of Risk Management and Audit. If you have previous experience within Finance and Accounting in the role of Project Manager, Project Accountant or Senior Accountant within the Oil and Gas or Engineering industries and are interested in entering the world of internal audit. The mission for the Manager of Internal Audit is to partner with the Senior Internal Audit Mgr in reviewing and analyzing all operations and financial records to determine what areas have discrepancies, might be operating outside of proper controls, or might be in need of change in process or procedure. Develop and maintain solid-working relationships with servicing management throughout the Company. Provide management with accurate, independent and timely assessments of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and opportunities for improvement as well as follow up on management's corrective actions. The Manager will visit locations throughout the US, Canada and Mexico. Travel is up to 30%. Previous experience within the Oil & Gas, Engineering and Minerals industries is ideal.
