Intercompany Analyst
Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: FinanceResponsibilities: * Maintaining the Intercompany process, which includes invoicing, settlements, confirmation and financial reporting aspects of Intercompany.* Work with GEHC Parent global Intercompany team to prevent and resolve Intercompany disconnects.* Report current results and remedial action plans to Intercompany controller.* Review monthly activities in the general ledger accounts and recommend adjusting entries prior to monthly closing process.* Work closely with Intercompany controller and controllership team to ensure the closing process is managed effectively and completed timely and accurately.* Review reconciliation of general ledger accounts.* Complete monthly and quarterly supplemental reporting to our parent company as it relates to Intercompany.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of three years of financial work experience or High School Diploma/GED and minimum of seven years in of financial work experience. Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills including pivot tables & Macros Ability to communicate with all levels and resolve issues in a timely, positive manner. Ability to identify issues that require resolution, take immediate and independent action to ensure that it is resolved successfully. Adaptable/flexible in response to multiple and frequent requests. Clear evidence of detail orientation Ability to use initiative, sound judgment, work effectively on both teams and independently. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while providing accurate results.
