Job Overview
Receives stock invoices from the factory for paint, sundry and sales aids shipped to the stores
Calculate the dollar amount of invoices referred to in 1
Double-check accuracy of invoices prepared by coworkers
Enter all invoices in Excel spreadsheets and print
Check for accuracy of entries to the spreadsheets
Match invoices with bills of lading for incoming shipments to the factory
At month-end reconcile invoices with charges from stores to insure every invoice is accounted for
Copy stock, manual, and sales aid invoices as well as shipping complaints
Filing, storing documents in boxes
Be available to assist others as needed

High school graduate
Must display the ability to communicate tactfully and clearly
10 key by touch
Some accounting experience
