ASSISTANT PERSONAL LINE CSR (NEW HYDE PARK): Candidates should have some understanding of personal lines and know how to prioritize. You must have at least 1 year of p/c agency personal line client servicing experience assisting CSR's by taking and expediting simple client/company requests, following up on open items, preparing binders, ID cards, evidence of property, certificates, invoices, etc. checking policies. etc.. The book consists primarily of clients related to commercial business and is serviced by a personal lines team of four. Knowledge of Sagitta client data management system is a plus.
