IT SOX Auditor

Our client in the far north Dallas area is looking for an IT SOX Auditor on a contract basis.Compensation: $50-$60/hr depending on knowledge and experienceRequirements:
Accounting Certification (i.e. CPA, CMA)
CISA desirable
Internal audit background including IS audits
5+ years exp. in a large Co. environment
Proficiency with Microsoft applications
SOX knowledge
ERP experience particularly SAP or Oracle
COSO/COBIT control framework knowledge
Understanding of application controls
Proven planning and project mgmt skillsJob duties include the following:
Review IT enabled controls and assist with design of test procedures used to validate the effectiveness of key IT controls
Review duties within various applications to determine whether segregation of duties is adequate
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and timely
Report on IT-related control gaps and status of remediation plans
