PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently looking for individuals with strong IT audit backgrounds for our Systems and Process Assurance (SPA) group in Chicago. You will have the opportunity to serve as part of a team of professionals delivering quality service to a variety of top-tier clients. Responsibilities include developing work plans and project approaches in the financial audit context and/or consulting world, analyzing state of the art client server systems and multi-platform systems while providing detailed reports on the vulnerability of these systems to our clients. You will be expected to take a consultant's approach to the attest/assurance process of a client's operations utilizing Assurance practice methodology to assess our client's operations. This will include risk assessment, planning, "review by interview", analytical procedures, and focused reviews of information systems. You will be responsible for conveying solutions to our client's complex business problems through the use of written reports and presentations, supervising staff, and continuing client satisfaction. As a Manager, you will also be responsible for supervising, coaching, developing and leading teams and individual team members.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Bachelor degree required in MIS with a minor in Accounting or Finance, or
Degree in Accounting with a minor in MIS or Computer ScienceEssential Requirements:
ndustry experience in the Financial Services industry 5+ years experience with application controls and general computer controls A strong understanding of business processes Strong people development and coaching skills SAP, Peoplesoft or JDEdwards experience a plus
