(ISD) Program Manager - Offshoring

By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job as a Program Manager in Offshoring is to provide oversight and guidance for offshoring projects through the entire life cycle. You work with and give direction to multiple teams, groups and organizations. You set up and execute the day-to-day management of the "offshoring development pool" governance, process, vendor engagement, etc. You implement metrics, tracking, and reporting related to the development pool. You give presentations to various audiences, from project teams to senior management. You resolve issues across Information Services Division (ISD) in relation to the offshore development pool.Preferred Qualifications:You are a candidate with a Master's Degree. You have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. You have consulting expertise/experience in project and program delivery. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a professional with a Bachelor's Degree. You have at least 10 years of experience in Project and Program Management, the management of individuals and teams larger than 10, and in implementing project management disciplines, i.e. issues management, delivery management, status, and financial reporting, etc. You have experience with offshoring vendors and programs in India. You have the ability to lead teams and efforts. You are a strategic thinker and analytic problem solver. You have the ability to be hands on. You are able to implement program management and delivery processes. You are skilled in Microsoft Office.
