IS Sr Business Analyst/Project Manager (Fortune 100)

Due to recent acquisitions, we have a need for a new Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our Revenue Maximization and Reconciliation team. This position features high visibility within a Fortune 100 Company, and the opportunity to become a subject matter expert (SME) on CMS. The hired individual will combine the skills of a business analyst with those of a project manager while overseeing the integration of 4 business segments into a single claims system. This is a great opportunity to work with new applications in a new business.



Key responsibilities include:


Managing key projects, ensuring they are completed within budget


Reviewing trends and reporting progress to senior management


Developing recommendations for process improvements
Tracking all steps of project lifecycle

Job Requirements:

Extensive business analysis and project management experience is essential for this position. We also require experience with use case development and new process definition. We are seeking individuals with experience managing multiple projects, and those with the ability to analyze trend data. Knowledge of Rational RequisitePro is preferred, and experience with CMS, healthcare EDI and claims processing is a plus.
