Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking for a Human Resources Generalist within our growing manufacturing facility located in Burr Ridge, IL.

This key leadership position will serve as a business partner to provide the full spectrum of Human Resources services to support the operations and business initiatives of the manufacturing division. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for leading and driving the organizational strategic HR initiatives and talent management process within the division. This position will also be responsible for recruiting, selection, and employment; orientation and induction; employee relations as well as administering compensation and benefits programs; worker’s compensation; and HR policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must have:
·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, along with a minimum of 4 years of progressive Human Resources professional level experience.
·The ability to perform in a high-energy, professional environment.
·The ability to work independently and be self-motivated to accomplish tasks without close supervision.
·Excellent communication and presentation skills.
·Strong employee relations and recruitment skills
·The ability to identify the root cause of issues and recommend a successful solution.
·Demonstrated results with the execution of HR initiatives
