Human Resources/Accounting Assistant

We are currently seeking a hands-on, detail oriented Human Resources/Accounting Assistant.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following characteristics and experience:

environment;
-- Bi-lingual in Spanish/English;
-- Experience with payroll preparation and ADP software, including e-time and HR Profile;
-- Prior experience in human resources and/or accounting.

This individual's primary responsibility will be the daily management of the payroll process, including time & attendance. This individual will also be responsible for assistance with accounting tasks including accounts payable entry and assistance with human resource tasks including benefits administration. This position will have contact with all Team Members within the organization and must be willing to assist Team Members and must be committed to confidentiality.
