Develop and prepare reports as requested by the PS Talent Acquisition manager. Reports may include, but are not limited to: recruiter productivity, compliance with Talent Acquisition initiatives (Career Connections and Employee Referral Program), resumes received/reviewed, cost per hire, financials, telephone screens conducted, interviews conducted, hires and source of hire, employee availability, open requisitions, etc.Drive the reporting related to tracking the progress of the PS recruiting strategy and transformationContribute to key projects and initiatives as assigned by the PS Talent Acquisition managerLocation: McLean, VARelocation: NoBasic Qulifications:1 to 2 years existing knowledge or experience in recruiting programs and initiatives
