Hand-On Bookkeeper Needed in Concord

The corporate office of a nationally recognized auto-body franchise is currently seeking a Hands-On Bookkeeper to join their busy team in Concord, California.

Job Duties Include:

Processing Accounts Payable
Processing Accouts Receivable
Performing billing and invoicing
Verifying, submitting, and processing payroll
Performing account reconciliations
Additional accounting tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements Include:

At least 2 years of experience handling all areas of accounting/bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, Payroll, Reconciliations)
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Proficient and comfortable with a variety of computer software
Top-notch communication skills, written and verbal
