(NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest Management and Technology Consulting companies dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.The BearingPoint Security and Identity Management Team is currently searching for an HSPD-12 Solution Test Manager.Location/s: Washington DC Metro AreaRelocation: NoPerformance Profile:Candidate will have primary responsibility for leading the development, documentation and completion of Project Test Strategy and Test Plans and the design and creation of Test Cases and Scenarios for Identity Management / FIPS 201 credentialing solutions.Position Responsibilities include:

Development of Project Test Strategy

Development of Project Test Plans

Development of Project Integration Test Plans

Design and creation of appropriate Test Cases and Scenarios for execution by project team members

Coordinate the test execution and documentation of test results

Ensure that testing is being done accurately, as planned within the allotted timelines

Establish and direct use of test tools to achieve stated results

Overall management of the testing process including but not limited to issue tracking, testing status and test signoff

Deliver services on time and at a profit to the firm

Supervision of 3+ professional consultants and 20+ client personnel

Schedules tasks and assigns personnel

Reviews project progress with project management, and client personnel as necessary

Supports CMMI Level 3 initiativesGeneral Requirements:

Bachelorâ€™s Degree from an accredited university

US citizen preferred

Public sector experienced desired

PMP and CMMI experience is preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills, with English as a primary languageTechnical Requirements:

2-3 years of systems implementation/consulting experience required

Proven ability to manage a substantial test environment

Demonstrated ability to test large-scale complex projects, on-time and within-budget

2+ years of testing related experience

Experience with HSPD-12 and FIPS 201 standards
