Implementation of our HHRM (Horizon Human Resource Management) product to our customers in the healthcare industry.Position Description

Utilize your experiences in HR/Payroll to assist clients with installing Horizon Human Resource Management software. Implementation Consultant (IC) will lead and direct client through tasks needed throughout project to successfully implement new software. IC will provide training, assist with building/testing/troubleshooting, and provide onsite support during the implementation and at go live.Minimum Requirements

4+ years experience in business analysis, requirements definition, building systems solutions and deployment of business requirements to information systems.
3-4 years of Payroll experience
1-2 years implementing HR/Payroll applicationPosition requires travel upwards of 80%, must be able to travel for the role. You can work from home, no relocation necessary.Additional Knowledge & Skills
