The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various human resources and payroll related activities. Provide guidance, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation for one or multiple sites. REQUIREMENTS
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Process nursing new hire paperwork, termination, and employee change of status information.Responsible for understanding all payroll processes.Review applications/resumes; evaluate/test applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
Assist in the distribution of payroll and resolution of payroll discrepancies.
Conduct new employee orientations.Prepare new hire, termination and employee related documents for payroll purposes.Assist employees with benefit inquiries.Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, compile data and prepare narrative and statistical correspondence, reports, and presentations.Assist in the development of advertisements and announcements for positions.Conduct all general office related duties, such as answering telephone inquiries, meeting and greeting nurses typing, filing, faxing, and photocopying.Provide appropriate administrative coverage when necessary.Coordinate and maintain employment records for the our client healthcare facilities.
Contribute to and foster a team environment.
Other duties as assigned.
