(NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest Management and Technology Consulting companies dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.The BearingPoint Human Resources Team is currently searching for HR Lead for the Public Services Business UnitLocation/s: McLean, VA - PreferredRelocation: NoPerformance Profile:Manages a staff of 1 to 4 persons
Provides integrated advisory services on staffing, recruiting & C&LD
Drive and implement People initiatives that align with business strategy
Lead workforce planning and management function
Works closely with Resource Managers and Segment operations team on utilization softness and recommend action plans for resource deployment
Build and maintain influential relationships with Segment leaders, Sector leaders, MD’s and below
Lead and assist client leadership with workforce planning, compensation analysis, performance management and employee relations
Contribute to HR strategy development in the entire Industry and with minimal supervision, implement that strategy in assigned Segment
Lead the client leadership in assessing organizational issues and in developing/using effective practices.
Support Corporate Solutions Teams with all Corporate initiativesPosition-specific Requirements:Basic RequirementsBachelors Degree preferred
Minimum of 6 years experience in human resources, including 4 years in direct client support
Expertise/experience in the development and implementing organizational strategies and practicesPreferred Skills
Very strong client and business focus
Demonstrated ability to build/maintain influential, consultative relationships with clients
Must be able to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks
Strong analytical skillsLogistics:
Travel requirement: minimal
