Group Sales Leader

BUSINESS GROUP LEADER
This is a Business Development / Account Management / Sales position for the sale and introduction efforts of a new Tax Segregation / Depreciation (Software) Application that will be rolled out on national & regional basis.
•This opportunity is for a business leader who is in search of and is qualified for an opportunity to grow this “start-up” division within an established software development / information technology enterprise, multi-national organization.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
•Individual for this position via a disciplined and entrepreneurial approach to business development will take practical ownership (authority commensurate with accountability) for the development of a business / sales plan and its’ execution for a new software product targeted at the Tax Segregation / Depreciation market.
•Selected candidate will sell at a all levels of selling and purchasing cycles (Owners, Partners, C-level Executives, Practitioners, Purchasing, Contracts and IT staff personnel)
•Individual will develop a business plan and execute it.
•Individual via previous accomplishment know how to sell value on a relationship basis conducted in a highly professional, consultative, and organized manner.
•Individual will have proven ability to sell on value / ROI –solid understanding of the distinction of benefits over features.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
•Advanced College required (MBA / JD Tax / MS/ MA Accounting / CPA (Tax) in some combination would be ideal)
•Consulting Industry (Big 4/5) large volume sales / relationship experience required inclusive of
*strong organization sills
*ability to build a business practice
*Superior entrepreneurial skills and proven accomplishments
•Minimum of seven (7) total years of total work experience
•Minimum of five (5) total years of consultative, process or software sales experience
•A solid foundation of Generally Accepted Accounting principles, Federal, and States Tax Law --and business development of a product up to and including its sales on a performance basis.
•P&L management accomplishment
•Desired individual will have excellent verbal, written, and presentational communication skills and the ability to work independently.

TOOLS USED:
•Superior use and understanding of MS Office Suite –in particular Outlook, Excel, & Powerpoint
•MS Project would be strong plus.

TRAVEL:
•This position will entail at least 20% travel
