Grants Accountanting Manager

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 per year Organize and implement the financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, billing, reporting and related activities to support the overall financial management of the association's grants and contracts, to include the following:Proposal and budget preparation
Federal and private donor compliance including regulatory reports as applicable
Contract review and preparation
Grant accounting, billing, budgeting and financial reporting
Audit Schedule and reports
Electronic grant submissions/revisions/cash requests etc.
Audits
Accounting Systems, policies and procedures
Preparation/review appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Provide assistance to the Assistant Executive Director, Accounting & Controller as needed.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
