Global Operations Auditor

QAD, a leader in software development for supply chain solutions has an outstanding opportunity at our Mt.Laurel, NJ facility for a GLOBAL OPERATIONS AUDITOR.

In this role, you will audit the practices of our Global Customer Administration.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

- Performing internal audits of Global Customer Administration order entry activity on a global basis
- Collecting, analyzing and reporting metrics on process compliance and process effectiveness
- Problem solving on orders, maintenance contracts, renewals and invoices
- Ensuring and monitoring compliance in accourance with corporate and departmental requirements and procedures
- Providing consulting and training to Global Customer Administration personnel as required
- Coordinating, facilitating and monitoring global testing in support of operational relevancy
- Global Travel up to 25% of the time
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree (emphasis on Accounting is preferred)
Auditing or process improvement experience preferred
Order processing environment experience helpful
Excellent PC skills required, specifically Excel and Access
Statistical software experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong problem solving skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of or experience with SOX
