I)Commercial Lending
Number of openings = 2 mid-levels (3-6 years), 2 junior associates (1-3 years)
•Mid-level candidates should have 3-6 years experience with syndicated commercial lending, preferably acquisition finance. Junior candidates should 1-3 years experience, but we are willingly to train.
•Top firm experience, excellent credentials – great opportunity.

II)Real Estate

Number of openings = 4 mid-levels (4-6 years), 2 senior level associates (7+ years)

•Candidates should have some real estate experience working preferably (but not mandatory) with large institutional and investment banking clients.
•Candidates must have deal experience.
•Incredible opportunities for motivated hardworking individuals.
•
Litigation
Candidates should have strong academic background and excellent legal research and writing skills.
Law review and/or clerkship a plus.
I)General Litigation

Number of openings = 2 mid-levels (3-6 years)

•Candidates should have three to six years litigation experience.
•Securities, corporate governance, antitrust and mergers and acquisitions.
•Securities class action experience helpful but not required.


II)Reinsurance

Number of openings = 3 mid-levels (3-4 years)

•Candidates should have two to three years of general litigation and/or reinsurance.

III)Antitrust

Number of openings = 2 junior (2-5 years), 1 senior (6-7)
