General Office Manager

A KellyDirect client would like to hire a general office manager for an office in Bethesda. The firm needs someone great to help staff and run the office. Are you that person? How do you know if you are that person? Please read the requirements below and apply today!

Duties will include:
Accounts payable
Orienting new employees by providing orientation information packets
Reviewing company policies
Documenting human resource actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
Placing job openings by submitting print advertisements, job board postings, job fair and college recruiting registrations and organization web page announcements
Supporting regional travel itineraries by making travel arrangements; setting up interviews
Arranging applicant visits including travel and accommodations to organization locations
On-going general office management to include placing equipment orders, correspondence, general data entry and basic contract support.

Experience
Accounting/Auditing/Human Resource Administration and overall office management
Strong office and computer skills
Candidate must have 2-5 years experience with strong skills in reporting, documenting, scheduling, interviewing, communicating and administrative writing.
Candidate MUST be a quick study, self-starter, highly motivated, willing to take initiative
Candidate must also be highly organized; detail oriented, possess good judgment, work well independently and with little instruction.
