General Ledger Analyst

Health Care company in Aliso Viejo seeking General Ledger Analyst to join experienced accounting team.
As General Ledger Analyst, you are delegated the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. The primary purpose of your job position is to provide analytical support to the Accounting Department by the preparation and review of standard financial documents.
Responsibilities include,
-Preparing journal entries for month end close
-Receive, review and import financial data from field locations
-Prepare and distribute the monthly financial statements to the field, internal personnel, banks and board members
-Provide account support for other departments and field personnel
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY
-Must possess, at minimum, a college degree in accounting
-knowledge of word, excel
-Must be able to read, write, and speak English
-Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
-Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
