General Ledger Accountant

Cruise West is seeking a General Ledger Accountant. Responsibilities range from journal entries preparation to analysis of accounts and financial reporting of Cruise West’s vessel operations. The position requires in-depth knowledge of accrual basis accounting, proficiency in computerized accounting systems and strong motivation to contribute to the achievement of an efficient financial reporting process. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include undergraduate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience,CPA preferred. 3-5 years general accounting experience with a high degree of analytical skills and attention to detail. Position also requires strong knowledge of Excel and other PC programs, excellent time management, leadership, teamwork and organizational skills.
