Callaway Partners, LLC, a professional accounting and financial services firm specializing in turnkey project management and staff augmentation for clients, has current opportunities for mid-management level accounting/finance consultants in the Eastern region of Tennessee. This engagement offers the opportunity to be involved in all facets of accounting, reporting, financial analysis, and accounting research. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, willing to work in a fast paced environment, have solid written and verbal communication skills, Advanced Excel and Access skills, large ERP experience, and full-cycle financial statement preparation and/or advanced financial analysis skills.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance is required
• CPA, MBA or other certification desired
• Strong intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
• Advanced Access skills a plus
• Shared Services experience a plus.
• Large ERP experience a plus
• Strong general accounting skills a must.
• 8+ years of related work experience
• Desire to work in an “Engagement-Oriented” environment
