PricewaterhouseCoopers Human Resource Services (HRS) practice is one of the world’s largest HR, actuarial, and tax planning businesses, with over 6,000 professionals worldwide. We bring together all our local and global professionals working in the Human Resource Services arena- actuaries, accountants, attorneys, tax specialists, communications experts, personal financial advisors, as well as HR professionals, with expertise in the area of benefits, assessment, compensation, staffing and process management - affording our clients an unmatched breadth and depth of expertise.We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Manager within our Global Human Resource Solutions- Health and Welfare/Prescription Drug practice in our New York office. We advise our clients on a variety of Health and Welfare/Prescription Drug issues such as developing short and long-term strategies, program design and competitive program analysis, plan design, vendor management, claim reviews and communications. We are in search of a hands-on consultant to manage client engagements and staff.Responsibilities for this key role include: Experience in the development and maintenance of client relationships Function as a resource in implementing our market penetration strategy for prospects Assist in developing products and services Assist with business development activities and presentations Sell across the GHRS service matrix Interact extensively with other PwC lines of business (ex Retirement, Compensation, Tax Services, etc.) Work directly on our most complex clients Participate in Prescription Drug/Pharmacy Benefits engagements such as: Contract review and benchmarking RFP and vendor selection Plan design analysis Claims review Rebate allocation analysis Therapeutic interchange analysis REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree required Appropriate credential required (i.e. CEBS, Masters Degree)Essential Requirements:
Extensive experience (7-10 years) working in the Prescription Drug area Previous consulting experience and insurance company experience is ideal. Management experience Experience in developing new business relationship
