This position is part of the re-organized Knowledge Services Organization (KSO), a PwC internal function. The strategic vision of the KSO is to support PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC's) aspiration to be the preeminent knowledge-based professional services firm.
The Operations and Data Management Senior Associate maintains and facilitates the use of PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Best Practices (GBP) quantitative benchmarking tools.
Primary Areas of Responsibilities:
Operations Coordinates effort for cataloging new surveys, inputting data, following up with benchmark participants, processing reports, and delivering results.
Oversees processing team Provide engagement support to ensure PwC, client teams, and external users understand results and how to leverage them for the best possible opportunity to help their clients and organizations succeed. Includes coordinating activities with the GBP Customer relationship team help line. Maintain thorough knowledge of Global Best Practices content and tools, and use that knowledge to help key users and targets understand, utilize and interpret data. Provide benchmarking support for data collection initiatives (DCI). Includes correspondence with PWC Product Channel Team, DCI sponsors and participants. Assist in providing custom benchmarking services to clients - internal and external- to meet specific benchmarking needs by leveraging GBP’s proven benchmarking methodology and resources, both technical and professional. This will involve extensive understanding of data mining within the technology platform and query wizard. Assist with activities to migrate the existing benchmarking studies and data from an offline to an online environment. Assist in identifying requirements for development of online benchmarking platform.
Quality assurance Enhance and maintain the quality of the current array of GBP quantitative benchmarking tools that span over 15 key business processes addressing over 600 performance measures across seven types of performance measures. Identify quality control parameters to be reviewed on the questionnaires during the processing phase. Support clients - internal and external - with the use and interpretation of the benchmarking studies output. Maintain the quality standards of the benchmarking databases via quality review of all completed benchmarking studies.

Minimum of 3 years of business experience, preferably with some experience in professional services industry Experience in transactional activities Understanding of accounting, audit, and finance environment Knowledge of business processes (ability to think through inputs, activities and outputs of processes) Experience in performance measurement principles and techniques, a plus Experience with quantitative analysis, data compilation and aggregation, a plus
