Fund Administration/Compliance Associate

Process Fund and Adviser Filings required by the Securities and Exchange Commission, convert and file them electronically on the EDGAR system, and coordinate related printing and distribution, including:
Form NI-A, Registration Statement for mutual funds.
Form ADV, Registration Statement and disclosures for registered investment advisers.
Form N-CSR, semi-annual report of mutual funds.
Form 13-f, quarterly report of equity securities managed by Adviser.
Form N-PX, annual report of Funds' proxy voting records.
Form 24f-2, annual calculation of Funds' SEC registration fees.Assist in recurring mutual fund administration and compliance duties:
Coordinate payment of fund expenses with US Bancorp Fund Service.
Assist in preparation of fair valuation and liquidity analysis.
Administer the Adviser's Code of Ethics.
Conduct tests of Adviser and Fund Compliance Program controls.
Update policies and procedures.
Assist in preparation of periodic reports to UNIFI Finance Committee and Fund's Board of Directors.
Maintain and organize fund administration documentation and files.Process, file and maintain records for state registrations of Fund shares (Blue Sky).
Coordinate preparation of materials and facilities for meetings of Adviser and Funds Board of Directors.
Assist in special projects, as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree (or equivalent) with appropriate experience.
Experience: Two to five years experience in a regulated financial industry preferred.Special Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
Able to work with inflexible regulatory deadlines.
Advanced word processing and presentation software skills.
