Full Time Administrative Assistant

Exciting opportunity for a professional individual who enjoys helping people and providing a high level of customer service. Our office is located near the Metrocenter area at 43rd Avenue and Peoria Avenue. Full time...M-F between 8am. to 5pm.
Job duties will include the following:• Responsible for assisting collection and insurance staff with daily tasks.• Typing correspondence and preparing spreadsheets and reports.• Scanning documents.• Sort, distribute and prepare mail, faxes, and packages.• Ordering supplies.• Data entry of new accounts.
• Answering multi-phone lines.• Accounting tasks, including billings and payment processing.• Handle accounts assigned for legal action.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:
• Prefer a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated knowledge & experience as Administrative Assistant and insurance and/or collection agency related experience.
• Minimum of high school diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.• Ability to effectively work independently in a fast paced environment.• Ability to identify and anticipate needs as well as prioritize accordingly.• Attention to detail and high level of initiative and motivation.• Excellent communication, language, and organizational skills.• Willingness to cross-training for other job functions.• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to multi-task.
