Full-Charge Bookkeeper w/ Benefits!!

Classification: Temporary to Full Time Compensation: $14 to $20 per hour Maintain daily bank account balances; Prepare and enter monthly journal entries; Maintain and prepare quarterly royalty reports; Perform month end, quarter, and year end journal entries; Assist outside CPA with general ledger and other needs as assigned; Process bank reconciliation; Process accounts receivable and accounts payable; Assist our outside CPA in preparation of annual budget and cash flow projections; Assist in preparing required reports for investor opportunities; Process and assist with commission sheets; Prepare analysis of accounts, as required; reconcile charge back discrepancies; Process/Reconcile merchant accounts (credit card charges); Research and processes customer claims of invoice payment, charge backs, bad checks; Assist in preparation of interpretation of financial statements; General ledger maintenence - journal entries, allocations, account reconciliations including fixed assets, payroll, sales and property taxes, commissions, and other accounts required; Help with phones and other office work as back up.
