Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full-Charge Bookkeeper to handle all day to day aspects of accounting:

General Ledger maintenance
Processing Month End Reports, A/P and A/R
Writing and preparing invoices
Posting Payments to accounts
Preparing Financial Statements
Other administrative duties that may be assigned


Requirements:

*Bachelor's Degree and atleast 2 years of experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper role
Strong attention to detail
Extensive computer knowledge particularly with Excel and Word
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
The ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and customer service skills
