Four Entry-Level Degreed Accoutants-Accountant 1

Encadria Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for 4 Entry Level Degreed Accountants. Position are direct-hires and will offer immediate employment, benefits, paid vacation and holiday.
Positions are located on the Southside of Jacksonville and offers a casual work environment.
May be responsible for any combination of general accounting work, depending on organizational needs. Involves processing/recording transactions, maintaining general ledger accounts, and preparing periodic reports. Cost accounting involves determining and reporting product and/or process cost, preparing periodic reports as well as developing and tracking budgets.
Job Responsibilities:
•General Accounting - Monitor and control accounting systems, prepare monthly financial statements, account analysis. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable interfaces etc.
•Financial Reporting - Prepare and submit financial accounting information to the Financial Reporting departments and other headquarter departments
•Management Reporting - including review and report general ledger and other statistical information for internal managerial reports. May review and report key performance measures. Provides analysis to management, including cost analyses, asset performance analyses and variance analyses on key performance data.
•Process Improvement/Quality Assurance - Establish and monitor performance measures to manage services, efficiency and internal controls. Works with various groups and functions to facilitate continuous process improvement.
Position require that candidates have a BA or BS degree in Accounting or related field. No experience is required, but must have a degree with a minimum 3.0GPA.
