Position Description:
Operating in an increasingly complex environment, law firms today are finding that a financial services firm is a critical member of a successful litigation team, as well as a significant ally in developing a profitable law practice. In fact, the basis for our Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services Group (FLVS) is the recognition of the natural alliance which exists between legal and financial services professionals. Our staff includes, professionals who are CPA, licensed attorneys, certified fraud examiners, certified forensic accountants, and those with advanced degrees in finance and business and substantial experience working on a variety of disputes resolutions, litigation matters, fraud and forensic work. We provide a comprehensive range of litigation services in Loss/Damage Determination, Financial Matters, Settlement Services, Family Law Matters, and Business Valuation.

REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements:
We are looking for motivated Professionals with a minimum 3.25 GPA who have experience with financial modeling, damage calculation and evaluation, forensic accounting, business interruption analysis, IP valuation/litigation and business valuation. The ideal candidate should be a critical thinker and will possess a range of attributes, including excellent analytical capabilities, proven research skill, an eagerness to take on responsibility, exceptional interpersonal skills, and comfort with a fast pace & fluid environment. Strong project management, writing and presentation skills are also required. CPA, MBA or graduate degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
