The Opportunity
Description: To act as first line Technical Support for Patient Financial Services in regards to the SMS MS4 Patient Financial system. To oversee and coordinate file maintenance of the Patient Financial Databases. To maintain knowledge of Patient Financial Databases through ongoing education. To provide key administration personnel with appropriate financial reports generated from the SMS system.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma, Associates Degree. Four years experience in a Hospital Business Office or Patient Accounts Department. Two years experience with the SMS MedSeries 4 Patient Financial System. Familiar with Word, Excel, RPMS and MedSeries4 computer applications. Proven ability to work independently solving problems and completing projects with minimal supervision. Accuracy and dependability a must. Interpersonal and communication skills required to interact with other corporate personnel on a routine basis.
