A Programmer / Analyst B within our Financial Solutions - Formulary Management IT development team will assist our senior developers and our users with conceptualizing and recommending specific solutions to user enhancement requests.

Responsibilities:
Full life cycle development. You will contribute to a team that will interview business experts, gather and document requirements and determine project scope for requested enhancements. You will use your experience and expertise to analyze user requirements and suggest the preferred system solution. You will create system designs and code all or share in the coding and development, unit testing, system testing, final implementation and post implementation monitoring of your projects. In addition, you will use your proven time management skills to provide accurate time estimates for tasks, forecast projected completion dates for your assignments and ensure a high quality product is produced. You will also contribute to production issue analysis and resolution.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in computer science or equivalent. 2 to 3 years experience in Java, Shell/Perl scripting, Unix, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL and query tools. You must be self motivated, creative and possess excellent communication and strong analytical skills to transform user requests into system solutions. Knowledge of pharmacy applications, Ab Initio and Business Objects a plus.
