Financial Solutions Manager - Mid-Market

Within an assigned target market, identify, contact and cultivate relationships with potential customers with fleets of 300 to 1,500 vehicles in order to sell lease and services products.Essential Functions
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities to achieve or exceed new business lease and service volume and profitability targets
Leverage existing relationships with Mid-Market customers to develop new Fleet relationships
Create and effectively use both formal and informal partnerships
Build and maintain an extensive network of external contacts
Coordinate, lead and energize various cross-functional company teams, including legal, pricing, risk management and operations, to drive an effective sales process, deal completion and onboarding of new customers
Participate in and take leadership responsibility for Cross-Sell initiatives
Execute sales strategy to ensure that volume and profitability goals are achieved/exceeded
Perform administrative duties timely and accurately including recording activities and prospects in Siebel~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of progressive sales experience, including consultative C-level sales
Basic knowledge and understanding of financial accounting priniciples
Signficant track record of closing deals and managing successful client relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work remotely and travel frequently overnightEligibility Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related discipline strongly desired; MBA preferred
