Financial Solutions Account Manager

The American Hospital Association (AHA) is the national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. We are currently seeking an Account Manager - Finance, AHA Solutions who will be responsible for monitoring key financial issues in healthcare and working with the new business development team to assist in awarding the AHA brand name to organizations.

The incumbent will be responsible for establishing the business plan and detailed strategies that drive the Financial Services Unit, as well as creating and managing marketing support plans to help partners penetrate the healthcare market. This individual will be overseeing all day-to-day marketing and account management activities for all programs, and be responsible for staying on the cutting edge of the changing health care landscape and to monitor provider needs. This individual will need to manage the transition process for products as they move from the R&D phase into the production phase, and conduct formal training for the account management teams prior to product rollouts.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and skills for this position are typically acquired through a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting/Finance or related field and a minimum of 6-8 years experience in a financial service, consulting or marketing position. This seasoned professional must have solid oral and written communication skills, and experience in healthcare or insurance industry.
