Financial Services Trainer
Location: Edinboro, Wexford, Washington, Bridgeville, Chambersburg, State College, Greensburg and Zelienople

We are seeking a self-motivated candidate with 5-10 years of financial services sales experience and a strong track record of coaching and motivating their peers to collaborate with our Sales Managers, Field Leaders and Internal Sales Support to develop and implement sales training that will enable us to penetrate mutual fund, variable annuity, health & life insurance, and bank production markets.


Qualified candidates will possess:

Series 6 (an advanced degree is preferred) and state required licenses in life and health insurance as well as annuities
Proven ability to coach and motivate agents in one-on-one and group settings.


Your training territory would include Pittsburgh, Edinboro, Wexford, Washington, Bridgeville, Chambersburg, State College, Greensburg and Zelienople and you would be given office space in one of those State Farm company locations.


In addition to salary commensurate with experience, we offer use of a company car, and we pay for its insurance, gas and maintenance. This position requires travel between offices within the assigned territory as well as the ability to operate in a virtual environment.
