With broad global resources and deep technical know-how, we collaborate with clients to cultivate ideas and deliver results. Choose a career at Accenture and enjoy an innovative environment where challenging and interesting work is part of daily life.
Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.
Job Description
Client Operations people are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. They design, manage and implement the activities associated with key business functions. The difference with working in one of these functions at Accenture is that you'll be in a front-line role. You could have a customer-facing position where you will have opportunities to think differently, provide input to improve processes and ultimately deliver better services to clients. In some cases, you might be working on customized, innovative services for a single client. In others, you may provide proven services to more than one client, making every day different and interesting. But you will always be focused on delivering high performance.
As a Business Analyst specific responsibilities may include:

•Design and document business and IT processes and workflows
•Evaluate software applications and IT environments, analyzing gaps between current and desired states
•Provide an executive level contact and resource for clients
•Assist the sales team with pre-sales and sales
•Contribute to team goals
Our people are our most important asset and we invest considerable resources to provide on-going training that builds and extends professional, technical and management skills in all areas. Your learning program will be determined by the requirements of your specific role but will usually involve specialized skills as well as personal and leadership development. You will work with your manager to determine what skills you need and how to build them.
