Financial Services Associate

Title: Financial Services Representative Arrow Electronics, Inc. Location: Warrensville Heights, OH location.


In this position, the ideal candidate will manage the Accounts Receivable of Arrow's Power and Signal Group customers by maintaining customer financial accounts to keep them current so orders can ship without delay. This position will place delinquent accounts on credit hold, collect past due balances and negotiate payment arrangements as well as release orders, review credit lines and research debits/partial pays. This individual will also process credits/rebills and resolve invoice disputes.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Identifying and elevating cash flow problems as appropriate

Working with customers and sales departments to research and resolve non-payment due to non-financial reasons

Managing Accounts Receivable exposure, identifying bad debt and elevating credit issues

Identifying root causes to facilitate process improvement

EXCEL EXPERIENCE - lookups and pivot tables


Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree or high school with equivalent experience and technical training

3 years of commercial credit and collections experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to set individual priorities

Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications

EXPERIENCE WITH EXCEL, lookups and pivot tables
