Job Title: Management Trainee

Position Description and Requirements: This position offers you a unique career opportunity in the rewarding field of management within the financial services industry. ICM will train you from the ground up to successfully manage a branch office as a Division Manager. Management Trainees work under the direction of Senior Management while operating within an established branch office. You will have full access to the facilities, training and resources elemental to support your success. If you have excellent people skills, good analytical abilities, and a strong desire to learn and grow, ICM is a company you should consider. This position requires an NASD Series 6, 63 or 7 and Life Agent License. ICM will assist you in obtaining these licenses if you do not currently possess them. *See compensation and Training

Job Title: Financial Services Specialist

Position Description and Requirements: As a Financial Specialist with ICM, you will be a part of one of the most dynamic companies in the financial services industry. ICM offers you the flexibility to recommend a wide range of investments to your clients. You will be supported by your established branch offices and have full access to the financial resources necessary to help guide your clients with long-term financial well being. If you have outstanding interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to succeed, ICM wants to talk to you. This position requires an NASD Series 6, 63 or 7 and a Life Agent License. Compensation & Training: We offer a competitive compensation package with training pay bonus, generous commission structure, 401K matching, Health, Dental, Vision and qualification trips.
