We seek and independent professional to join our Plymouth, MN team. In this newly added position, your finance and public accounting history would be essential. As the Financial Reporting Manager, you would handle all of the financial reporting for divisional leaders and the corporate office. Primary responsibilities include:


Managing at least two staff members


Assisting in the creation of financial reports


Engaging in variance analysis and reporting findings from a financial perspective to senior management


Posting journal entries and high level financial statement analysis


Job Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree is required in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA is preferred. The candidate should have a strong finance & public accounting history. Operational experience is also necessary with a thorough understanding of GAAP concepts. Experience in financial analysis, variance reporting, and general ledger (GL) is needed. Hyperion and PeopleSoft skills are a plus. Staff management experience is also ideal. Proficiency in MS Office applications is necessary.
