Financial Reporting Manager

Classification: Consulting Compensation: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour Our client South of Wheeling, WV is in need of a Senior Financial Analyst. Requirements include Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of three years of financial work experience.Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.Clear thinking / problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvement within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas.Expertise: solid knowledge and understanding of manufacturing accounting including standard cost systems, product costing, purchase and manufacturing variances. Ability to work with operations teams to understand and reduce cost.Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively both verbally and in writing.Solid PC skills: strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation, including pivot tables, Vlookup & MacrosPreferred additional skill set Systems knowledge: experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment. Experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc.),
