FINANCIAL REPORTING ANALYST

We have successfully recruited for our accounting and finance network in the Salt Lake City area for more than eight years.


Our international client is expanding their financial group and seeks financial reporting analyst to:

*Prepare all SEC reporting including 10K & 10Q reports.

*Develop and document control procedures for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.

*Perform research and maintain technical compliance for stock compensation and merger and acquisition activities.

*Perform internal audit procedures and other special projects as requested by the Board, CEO or CFO.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified applicants will possess a minimum of:

*3 or more years of of SEC reviews or preparation experience, through public auditing or within a publicly held company

*a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field; a CPA license is strongly preferred

*strong communication skills
