POSITION:
As a Professional Recruiter for Kelly Financial Resources you will be responsible for servicing our customers through the recruitment and placement of accounting and finance professionals, and for expanding our business relationships within assigned accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years staffing / recruiting experience (accounting and finance agency preferred)

Bachelors degree within a business related field of study is preferred

Exceptional recruiting and customer service skills

Strong attention to procedures and detail

Proficient in developing professional relationships

Effective time management skills

High level of initiative

Good business acumen

Functional PC skills
