Knowledge of finance and/or commercial mortgage lending experience is required. This is a full-time experienced Financial/Real Estate Sales position offering both base salary plus commission. Our top Directors consistently earn more than $200K in commissions per year.

With the flexibility of working from a satellite or home office environment, Directors are responsible for cultivating leads and contacting prospects from both our extensive lead database and through prospective new contacts with personal, corporate and non-profit entities. Wireless Capital gives clients the unique, lucrative financial opportunity to exchange their monthly cellular lease income into a single payment, while also receiving outstanding financial and outsourced lease management benefits. DFAs interact with various divisions of the company and are occasionally required to travel outside the assigned regional territory.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop referral contacts such as realtors, builders, and professional and personal contacts. Leads are provided, however, business development and prospecting is crucial
Develop and independently manage your own commercial lending and cell site lease acquisition pipeline
Independently manage your originated transactions from inception to closing and complete required management reports
Maintain knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures and underwriting as well as general departmental guidelines
Maintain high level of customer service while managing applicant's expectations
Accurately forecast production, manage revenue recognition issues and deal closure within assigned territory
Maintain account information in CRM application by making daily inputs into the on-line system
Exceed monthly corporate standards and metrics
Collect appropriate documentation from each applicant and deliver packages in a timely manner
Confer with Underwriters to aid in resolving application problems
Effectively represent WCP within the real estate community.

REQUIREMENTS
Experienced Financial/Real Estate Sales Qualifications:
Excellent understanding of the sales process (i.e. Miller Heiman Strategic Sales)
Working knowledge of the financial industry and terminology
Experience with relationship sales and the ability to navigate across complex environments
Excellent written and oral communication
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to motivate and coordinate resources
Ability to work independently
Professional appearance and demeanor
2+ years in corporate level sales with experience in the financial industry
Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college/university preferred
Valid driver's license and owner of automobile
Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
