GENERAL SUMMARY:

Industries are corporate international firms, privately owned corporations, manufacturing, financial services, and public accounting firms. Specific disciplines required for our clients that have engaged our firm range from; Chief Financial Officers, Corporate Controllers, Controllers, Cost Analysts, Financial Analysts, Accounting Managers, Auditing, Senior Accounts and beyond.

In addition to the specific positions noted above, our clients engage us for on-going opportunities for financial professionals and top management roles at all levels including senior executive positions. Centennial, Inc. is looking for individuals with backgrounds in Treasury, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Audit, IPO, Merger/Acquisition/Divesture, Public Accounting, SEC, Manufacturing, International, Banking OR similar experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Top positions will require advanced education accomplishments up to and including MBA, CPA and/or a combination of related education and experience. Also required will be at least 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Strong proficiency with corporate budgeting/accounting systems and multi-dimensional database management skills

Competence with GAAP, as applied to financial reporting standards.

Advanced spreadsheet skills

SAP, JDEdwards and other fully integrated software knowledge "may be desired" by some clients

Public Accounting is a MAJOR PLUS for all positions.

Other key positions available for those on the "fast track" - as an example - Senior Capital Accountant, Senior Account and Accounting Manager roles open.

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Critical thinking and great analytical ability as well as an assertive work demeanor.

Effective consulting, problem-solving, and conceptual skills, along with interpersonal skills necessary to work with all varied levels of management.
